At Le Grand Confectionary, we strive to ensure your order arrives in good condition. We encourage you to place orders far enough in advance, to ensure your truffles arrive prior to your special day or event. Le Grand Confectionary cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, incorrect addresses, national holidays, or other carrier related reasons. All orders are shipped from our Sacramento, California production facility via UPS. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require additional charges for reshipment. This may include the cost for new product and/or shipping charges We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO & FPO locations.
When Will My Order Ship
Your order will be shipped 1 business day after it is received unless warm weather conditions prohibit this. Please see Warm Weather Shipping Conditions below. Standard Ground, 2 day, and Next day shipping options are available. Standard Ground transit to California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, or Arizona is 2 days. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, incorrect address information and/or national holidays. Le Grand Confectionary is closed for business, and does not ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the following day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Warm Weather Shipping Conditions
When the temperature in Sacramento or anywhere in route to the destination reaches 75 degrees or above, your order will be shipped in protective packaging with reusable ice packs to ensure safe delivery. When such weather conditions exist, Standard Ground shipping may not be an option for your chosen destination. Orders received Wednesday for arrival the same week can only be processed via the Next Day shipping option. If Next Day shipping is not selected, your order will ship the following Monday.
Where Can I Ship an Order
Orders can be delivered to business and residential street addresses in the United States. No signature accepting the delivery is required, therefore, we strongly recommend you notify your recipient about the delivery to ensure the order is not left outside by the carrier for several hours. This is particularly important if the destination city is warm. Product damaged because it was left outside by the carrier or because a business is closed or not available to receive the package will not be replaced, nor will shipping charges be credited.

Shipping To Multiple Locations
If you are shipping packages to multiple locations, you must process separate orders.
